Returns and Withdrawal Contract Form

The customer has the right to return the products for any reason (right of withdrawal) and the way in which he received his order. Returns are accepted within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the order. In any case, the cost of the return is paid by the customer.

In order for the return to be accepted, it is necessary for the product to be in its original packaging with all the forms and labels that accompany it. The return process will be completed after checking the product and only if its completeness is established.
