12. Shipping: way, cost and time
Products are shipped with ACS daily except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The very bulky parcels are sent by ELTA.
The shipping cost is four (4) euros and the cash on delivery cost is two (2) euros. If the value of the order is greater than fifty (50) euros then your order is not charged with shipping.
Shipping time is 1-2 working days for big cities and 3-4 for the rest areas.
If due to force majeure events (adverse weather conditions, natural phenomena, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the order within the specified time, our company will inform you by phone or e-mail, in order to state if you wish its completion and delivery. In this case, our company does not bear any responsibility for this delay, making every effort for your best service.
13. Law framework
The specific terms and conditions as well as any modification are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. For any dispute that arises from the use of the pages of our e-shop, the courts of Heraklion, Crete are competent.
